Connected In Motion is SO excited to bring back in-person programming and invites you to join us for a day of community, connection + continuing education, set against a backdrop of fresh air + adventure!
Get in touch with your rustic, outdoorsy side on a group hike or paddle, or re-engage your social self while kicking back on the beach. The day will include hands-on activities as well as group discussions where we can share our collective diabetes knowledge. Don’t miss out!
