Join us for a day hike in London, Ontario! We will meet as a group and hike part of the Thames Valley Loop, a 7.7 km trail rated as moderate. We will meet as a group at the trailhead (located at the intersection of Kains Road and Westdel Bourne). Pace will be determined by the group’s abilities but expect to be outside and moving for a couple of hours.
