Connected in Motion: Ontario Day Hike: Rouge National Park

Join us for a day-hike in Canada’s first national urban park! The park is home to 15 trails that explore meadows, forests, wetlands, and farmland, right in the Greater Toronto Area! We’ll meet, get to know one another, and head out on a low-impact hike. Don’t forget your running shoes, water bottle, and some low snacks!
